Echo 3 founder and director, Alex, has worked for 14 years in commercial roles for international blue chip companies and technologies SMEs. Alex’s speciality is in working with clients to compile cost effective and impactful content, resources and delivery tools for online training and workforce development, particularly in the key areas of health & safety, certification, and sustainability.

Michael is E3’s research, innovation and client development consultant. For 14 years Michael managed the University of Edinburgh’s award winning Learning Technology Section within the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine,
Michael has designed and delivered highly successful solutions for data mapping outcomes, curricula and competency frameworks, large scale international e-assessment platforms, course design and learner management.

Michael is a featured expert on Capita’s Create Tomorrow initiative, and is also a Subject Specialist Consultant Advisor in the area of simulation, narrative and game based learning to the MEDEV Subject Centre, until recently, a division of the UK Higher Education Academy.

Recent consultancy placements have included; the Medical Schools Council of Great Britain, The Scottish Government’s International Office and the Royal College of Physicians.
