Our Story
Echo3 was founded in 2016 with the purpose of making compliance training affordable, accessible, and stress-free. Our learners can get certified and get to work without unnecessary cost or delays. And businesses can be assured their staff training is appropriate, up to date and documented.
Echo3 started in a landscape with much overpriced and over complicated compliance training. We saw an opportunity to make safety training more accessible — offering individuals and businesses affordable, flexible, and high-quality courses that deliver the same trusted accreditation in less time and at a fraction of the usual cost. Our vision was clear: deliver the same accredited certificates, faster and at half the price, with a frictionless self-serve experience.

Next generation training with Echo3 Bridging Activities
In 2024 we began to offer innovative “Bridging Activities” — a first-of-its-kind feature that brings real-world practice into online training. These activities extend the learning experience beyond the screen, making courses more memorable and effective.
In our Fire Awareness course, learners may be asked to physically visit their muster point or identify a fire door, reinforcing knowledge with direct experience. Completion is recorded on their certificate, giving both learners and employers proof of practical engagement.
