Will my employer or agency actually accept this certificate?
That’s the question that matters, so we’ve made it easy to check. Every Echo3 certificate carries a QR code that opens a public verification page. Whoever is checking scans it and sees the verified record in a couple of seconds, no logins and no long reference numbers. Each course page states its accreditation, so you can see what you are buying before you pay, and if you’ve been given a specific spec to meet, send it to us and we’ll tell you exactly which course satisfies it.
How quickly can I get certified?
Access is instant. The moment your payment goes through, the course is open. Length varies by subject and every course page shows it up front, but they are all written to be to the point, so you can finish in one sitting. Your QR certificate is emailed as soon as you pass, so you can start this evening and be certified this evening.
Can I do the whole thing on my phone?
Yes. Buying, watching, the assessment and downloading your certificate all work on a phone. You can stop part-way and pick it up later on a different device; your progress is saved to your account.
What if I don’t pass first time?
The assessment is 15 multiple-choice questions and you need 80% to pass. If you don’t get there first time you retake it, free, as many times as you need. We’d rather you actually knew the material than paid us twice for the same course.
Is CPD accreditation enough, or do I need more badges?
CPD is the accreditation recognised across UK industry, and many of our courses are accredited by the CPD Group. Each course page states the accreditation that course carries, so you can check before you buy. Some providers stack four or five logos onto a certificate page and charge you for it. That doesn’t make the training better, it makes it more expensive. If a client or agency has asked for something specific, check with us first and we’ll be straight with you about whether we cover it.
Do I need to set up an account?
You get an Echo3 learner account as part of buying a course. It’s where your progress and certificates live, so you can re-download a certificate months later when a new employer asks for it. There’s nothing to configure and nothing to pay for beyond the course itself.
