Echo3 Education was founded in 2016 with a clear mission: to help UK workplaces become more efficient, safer and compliant through high-quality online training.

The Evolution of Echo3
Our offering has evolved significantly over the years. We now provide a growing range of accredited and trusted online safety training courses, alongside innovative solutions such as bridging courses and our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). Included free with all ‘Team’ orders, our LMS has been specifically designed to meet the training and compliance needs of UK workplaces.
We also offer bespoke course development and course hosting through our LMS, allowing organisations to deliver training tailored to their people, processes and compliance requirements.

Beyond the screen
Next Generation Training With Echo3 Bridging Activities
In 2024 we began to offer innovative “Bridging Activities”, a first-of-its-kind feature that brings real-world practice into online training. These activities extend the learning experience beyond the screen, making courses more memorable and effective.
In our Fire Awareness course, learners may be asked to physically visit their muster point or identify a fire door, reinforcing knowledge with direct experience. Completion is recorded on their certificate, giving both learners and employers proof of practical engagement.
With more Bridging Activities in development, and custom options available, Echo3 ensures training isn’t just about knowledge, but real-world readiness.
