Menopause is a natural part of the ageing process for half of the general population, but its symptoms and potential effects are often poorly understood. Menopause can have a significant impact on all aspects of life, including work.
This 30 minutes online training course provides the information staff need to understand this natural stage of life, helping them to:

On successful completion of this Menopause and Work training, learners will be able to:
This Menopause and Work training course has been designed as awareness training suitable for all staff, regardless of sex, gender or age. It will be especially useful for line managers as a tool to help them support employees who might be experiencing symptoms which affect their work.
At the end of the Menopause and Work course is a 10 question, multiple choice quiz aimed at reinforcing and testing individual learning.
Where learners demonstrate their understanding of course content by achieving a minimum score of 70%, a successful completion certificate is issued by email.
If the quiz score is less than 70%, learners are offered the opportunity to revisit any part of the course and retake the quiz until successful.
The verifiable completion certificate is then emailed to your account for retention within your training records.
