On successful completion of this course delegates are emailed an echo3education (self-print) completion certificate. 80% or more is required in the final 20 question course assessment. The assessment can be retaken as many times as required.
The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires employers to ensure the health and safety of all employees and anyone affected by their work, so far as is reasonably practicable, which means balancing the level of risk against the measures needed to control the risk in terms of money, time or trouble.
The Equality Act 2010 puts further responsibilities on employers that the Anti Bullying at work course will help address.
