What is credit for?

Credit is intent as an easy, flexible way for training administrators to enrol multiple learners on multiple courses. Without any risk that training purchase won’t be 100% utilised.

Credit you buy can be used to assign learners on any Echo3 course. Longer & more in depth training has higher credit values. The majority course courses are 2 credits. You can check the credit value of each course HERE.

How much credit will I need?

The amount of credit needed depends on the number of learners and which courses you need them to take. Use the credit calculator (below) to work out exactly how many credits you require.

What discounts are available?

We try to offer great value to everyone. Orders over 50 credits receive 10% off. Orders over 100 credits receive 20% off.

Is there an expiry on using credit?

There are no expiry dates for credits that have been purchase. Learners also have no time limits for completing their course.

What if I enrol someone who leaves?

You can delete enrolments and get a full refund at any point before a learner starts a course. So, if a colleague leaves before, they take a course you can get the credit back and use if for someone else.

How can I know which courses I need?

You know the hazards in your business best. A risk assessment will help you identify the appropriate safety training.

Do I get staff certificates afterwards?

Yes, after you order you get access the Echo3 LMS. Here you can download certificates. You can also opt to receive them by email as soon as your learner’s pass. Send reminder emails and get notifications when training expires.
