FAQs

What is a credit worth?

One credit is £5. Courses cost between 1 and 12 credits depending on how long they are, so a course runs from £5 to £60 a learner. Most of the catalogue is 2 credits, which is £10.

Does credit expire?

No. It stays in your account until you use it, however long that takes.

What happens if someone never starts their course?

The credit returns to your balance. It is only spent when the learner opens the course, so an unstarted enrolment costs you nothing. If you would rather have the money back than the balance, ask us and we will refund anything you have not used.

Can I move a course to a different person?

Yes, as long as they have not started it. If someone leaves before they begin, their place goes to whoever replaces them.

Do I have to decide which courses I need up front?

No, and that is the point of credit. Buy the balance now and assign courses as your team comes due.

Is the Learner Management System an extra cost?

No. Progress tracking, completion reporting and certificate downloads come with any credit purchase.

Can I get an invoice for accounts?

Yes. Every order produces an invoice you can download from the Learner Management System whenever your accounts team needs it.
