If a learner never opens the course, the credit returns to your balance. Someone leaves before they start, and their place goes to somebody else.

Echo3 Credits provide a simple and flexible way for training administrators to enrol multiple learners onto multiple courses, without the risk of unused or wasted training spend.
Credits purchased can be used to assign learners to any Echo3 course. Each course has a set credit value based on its length and depth of content, with the majority of courses costing 2 credits.

The amount of credit needed depends on the number of learners and which courses you need them to take. Use the credit calculator (below) to work out exactly how many credits you require.
We try to offer great value to everyone. Orders over 50 credits receive 10% off. Orders over 100 credits receive 20% off.
There are no expiry dates for credits that have been purchase. Learners also have no time limits for completing their course.
You can delete enrolments and get a full refund at any point before a learner starts a course. So, if a colleague leaves before, they take a course you can get the credit back and use if for someone else.

Yes, after you order you get access the Echo3 LMS. Here you can download certificates. You can also opt to receive them by email as soon as your learner’s pass. Send reminder emails and get notifications when training expires.
